Abstract

Abstract: : Diarrhea can occur in all age groups, one of which is in elementary school children. School-age children in their growth and development period often experience health problems such as diarrhea. One of the factors causing diarrhea in school-age children is the lack of knowledge about diarrhea. Lack of knowledge of students about diarrhea can be a health risk. Health education in schools is very important to increase school children's knowledge about diarrhea. One of the health programs in schools is providing information to school children which is one of the best methods to increase knowledge, such as providing health education activities to prevent diarrhea. Education is one way to increase a person's knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of education about diarrhea on the level of knowledge of elementary school students at Gmit Manumuti, Tarus, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province
