Stigma Perawat Selama Masa Pandemi Covid 19 Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Di Rumah Sakit Rujukan Covid 19 Se Kota Kupang

Latar Belakang: Selama pandemi Covid-19, profesi yang berisiko tinggi tertular Covid-19 ini dapat memicu adanya ketakutan, kecemasan, tekanan, kelelahan, dan trauma emosional yang berkelanjutan yang diperparah dengan adanya stigma sebagai pembawa penyakit. Hal ini dapat berdampak pada pelayanan keperawatan yang tidak optimal dan penurunan kinerja. Tujuan: penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan stigma perawat selama masa pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kinerja perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Drs. Titus Uly, Prof Dr Johanes Kupang dan Rumah Sakit dan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah S. K. Lerik Kota Kupang. Metode: Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional dengan uji statistik Chi Square. Sampel sebanyak 80 orang diambil dengan menggunakan Simple Random Sampling.
Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan sebagian besar perawat (98,5%) memiliki stigma negatif selama masa pandemi Covid-19 dan memiliki kinerja yang baik sebanyak 81,5%. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p value= 0,038) antara stigma perawat selama masa pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kinerja perawat.
Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi pimpinan Rumah Sakit terkait perhatian kepada perawat dan pengambilan kebijakan peningkatan kinerja yang bebas stigma dan bagi perawat sendiri untuk tetap memiliki koping diri yang kuat agar tidak menimbulkan kecemasan dan tidak mengurangi kinerja dalam pelayanan/pemberian asuhan keperawatan.
