Adolescent reproductive health remains a significant public health issue in Indonesia because limited reproductive health knowledge may increase the risk of unhealthy sexual behaviors and their consequences. Developing successful preventive interventions requires an understanding of the relationship between health promotion and educational attainment. Investigating the relationship between adolescent reproductive health, health promotion, and educational attainment was the aim of this study. A quantitative cross-sectional study involved a full sample of teenagers. The data were collected using structured questionnaires and then statistically analyzed using bivariate, multivariate, and descriptive methods. The majority of individuals had adequate exposure to health promotion, a secondary level of education, and good reproductive health. Significant relationships between health promotion, educational attainment, and teenage reproductive health were shown by bivariate analysis. Health promotion was also found to be the strongest variable by multivariate analysis, suggesting that it plays a significant impact in improving adolescents' knowledge, attitudes, and appropriate reproductive health behaviours. Conclusion: Health promotion and educational achievement have a major impact on adolescent reproductive health. Strengthening sustainable health promotion in schools, families, healthcare facilities, and community partnerships is necessary to improve adolescent reproductive health. These results offer evidence to promote the creation of community-based, culturally relevant, and successful reproductive health promotion initiatives
