About the Journal

Kupang Journal of Food and Nutrition Research  (p-ISSN2720-9490, e-ISSN:2721-4877) is published twice a year (Maret and September) by Department of Nutrition, Health Polytechnic of Ministry of Health Kupang. The Indonesia Journal of Nutrition is a National Journal that focused on research in the field of nutrition.

The editor receives unpublished articles from researcher in specific format as mentioned in the "Author Guideline and Submission". The articles will be reviewed by our peer review members besed on their expertise.
