Kupang Journal of Food and Nutrition Research (KJFNR) was developed with the aim of accommodating all scientific works by students and lecturers, both research results and scientific papers in the form of literature studies, with an emphasis on ethics and the latest ideas. Articles published in the Kupang Journal of Food and Nutrition Research include original scientific research results and case studies in the fields of clinical nutrition and dietetics, food science, and community nutrition. In addition, articles also include studies that are relevant to nutritional science. To cover the costs associated with manuscript processing, peer review, editing, production, and online hosting, the journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) to authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication.

The publication fee for regular articles in the Kupang Journal of Food and Nutrition Research (KJFNR) is IDR 500,000. This fee covers the review process, DOI registration for each paper, article similarity checking by Turnitin, and English grammar correction. Once the article is ACCEPTED, the publication payment procedure will be emailed to the author. The print-ready paper will be sent to the author for a final check after the payment is completed. Upon publication, your article will be immediately and permanently available for readers to read, download, and share. Readers worldwide can access your article freely at no cost.
