Kupang Journal of Food and Nutrition Research (KJFNR) was developed with the aim of accommodating all scientific works by students and lecturers, both research results and scientific papers in the form of literature studies, with an emphasis on ethics and the latest ideas. Articles published in the Kupang Journal of Food and Nutrition Research include original scientific research results and case studies in the fields of clinical nutrition and dietetics, food science, and community nutrition. In addition, articles also include studies that are relevant to nutritional science.
Kupang Journal of Food and Nutrition Research is published by the Nutrition Study Program, Kupang Ministry of Health Polytechnic. It is hoped that this online journal will enrich scientific knowledge and facilitate the sharing of scientific information, especially research results in the field of nutrition, which will be of great benefit to nutrition and health development in East Nusa Tenggara.
Kupang Journal of Food and Nutrition Research accepts manuscripts or articles in the field of nutrition from various academics and researchers, both nationally and internationally. The decision to accept or reject a scientific article in this journal is the prerogative of the Editorial Board based on recommendations from peer reviewers.
